How do I edit my account information?
Click the Login link at the top right side of our site to login and edit your account information. Or if you’re already logged in, it will display a My Account link.

I forgot my password
Fill out our forgot password form and a link will be emailed to you so you may create a new password.

What currency are the prices in?
All the prices shown in our shop are in Canadian dollars.

What method’s of payment do you offer?

Product Questions

Will my cushion look the same as in the picture?
Our intention is to have the cushion look the same as the picture, but sometimes lighting can affect the colour. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Each cushion is handmade by our fabulous team of Cushion Makers. Each piece may vary due to its uniqueness. Our silk screening is done individually, making each one unique in colour, vibration, and property. Each cushion is hand cut and sewn making your cushion unique like you. We hope that you embrace the individualism of each piece.

I can’t find an item that I saw last week, what should I do?
We have many Limited Edition items in our shop, so if it is not on the website it may have sold out. In some cases, we are able to recreate Limited Edition products. Contact us, we’ll let you know if an item will come back, or add you to our waiting list.

How do I care for my Cushion?
Although we know that you love your cushion and want to take it everywhere, please treat it with care. The outside liner can be hand washed in cold water and hung to dry. The inside cushion must be emptied before washing to preserve the buckwheat hulls. As you refill or empty your inside cushion of buckwheat hulls, please be careful as there as many little hulls that make up a cushion and it could get a little messy.Treat your cushion with love, respect, and sensitivity, as they are hand made and filled with lots of lovin.

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product, by calling 1-519-732-8336, or emailing info@celove.org

How do I return my product?

I just placed an order and I want to change it or add to it.
You can change your order or add to it as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Simply call 1-519-732-8336 or email us with your contact info and we will gladly help you.

I need to cancel my order, what do I do?
Give us a call 1-519-732-8336 or email us info@celove.org and we will take care of you.

My order will not go through, what do I do?
Try refreshing your browser cache as a first step. It is also a good idea to verify that all of your shipping and credit card information is entered correctly.
For our international customers, you may have to call your credit card company to let them know it is you using your card.

What should I do if I did not receive an order confirmation?
Check your spam filter. Worried you may have entered the wrong email address? Contact us, we’ll look into it promptly.
