Please note you are responsible for any shipping or postal fees you incur when shipping returns and exchanges back to us.Please return your items to us through a postal service. Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and mail your package to our below address. For ex. Canada Post, UPS.  We do not accept courier packages or packages sent with COD charges.

CELove, sincerely hopes that you’ll be 100% pleased with your purchase, however due to health code regulations, underwear must be unopened and unworn. No Exceptions.  You may return within 30 days of delivery for an exchange only.

For exchanges, please include a note with your package indicating what you would like to exchange, and clearly indicate the return address. You are also required to cover the cost of shipping your new product back you. Payment options include: Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

We are not able to accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or improperly used. We would suggest you contact the store it was purchased from as a first step. If they are unable to help you, contact us at: will make things right. We will always take care of repairs for our customers, check out our repair policy up top.

Some examples:

  • Normal wear, scuffing, or discoloration that does not impact product performance
  • Punctures or wear due to damage from outside elements or use for activities other than yoga (or similar fitness activities)
  • Creasing due to improper storage
  • Bolster covers that tear due to improper storage. Contact us to purchase replacement bolster covers .
  • Damage due to improper care, including use of harsh chemicals, machine washing/drying (where not advised by product care instructions)


Please contact to arrange a return or exchange.We often want to save you the trouble of shipping defective product back to us. When you contact us, please send us a photo of the product that clearly shows the issue you’re experiencing. This will help us to serve you faster!

We are unable to refund initial shipping charges or those incurred in returning items to CELove.

Please use a tracking number when shipping to us. We can’t replace items lost in transit.



While we do our absolute best to ensure that every package we send out is perfect, occasionally mistakes happen. If something went wrong with your order, don’t worry! So…you’ve had a breakthrough!  If your mala breaks – don’t worry! It is a good thing. When a mala breaks it represents karma breaking. It can be a positive sign of progression. Awesome sauce!
