Shipping & Customs

Do you need it by a certain time? To set up a guaranteed delivery date, please call us at 1-519-732-8336 or email us at info@celove.org.

How long does delivery take? Shipping within Ontario can take 2-5 business days. Shipping to other Canadian provinces can take 1 – 2 weeks. Shipping to the US can take 1-3 weeks depending on order size, customs, and location. If you require your items faster, please contact us for more information and pricing. 

Standard Delivery

We try our best to get all orders out as quickly as we can as long as the product is not sold out! All orders received before 5:00pm EST on business days will be sent out that day. There are exceptions for peak holiday times, but we work hard to get you your products to you as quickly as we possibly can. Do you need it by a certain time? Who do you use for Deliveries?
We work closely with our friends at UPS, and Canada Post. UPS cannot deliver to Post Boxes, or military bases at this time.Please note that if you live in an Apartment building and UPS can’t access your apartment, you will most likely have to make arrangements with them to pick up your products at the closest mail depot. Please remember to give us your buzz number!

Why doesn’t my tracking number work?
Most tracking numbers take 24 hours to process through the system. Please be patient.

My package should be here by now, where is it?
If you have checked your tracking number and it says delivered please contact UPS or Canada Post. If the postal service is unable to help, please contact us.

I gave you the wrong address, what should I do?
We would suggest contacting the postal service to request re-routing the package. If they are unable to carry that request, and it is sent back to us, we will send it to you once we receive it back. If it was your error, you will have to pay for it to be re-shipped.

Do I have to pay custom fees if I live outside of Canada?  

Please note we do not have any control over customs fees or the length of time it may take your package to clear.Your order may have import duties and taxes charged to it. This is decided by customs officials once a shipment reaches the destination country. You should contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages. CELove cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. We do take all necessary steps to clearly, accurately, and comprehensively label the package to ensure a smooth international shipping process through customs. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Duty, customs tariffs, taxes, and VAT are set by the destination country. CELove is not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs, taxes, and VATs applied to your package.You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they occur. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you refuse a shipment from CELove, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to CELove. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Our Shipping Depot is Located in Canada, duties, and customs may apply to our American friends.
